Requirements include German at C2 and strong English, 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, and a BA/BS in Marketing/Communications.

The Role:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, youll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Youll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What Were Looking For:

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
