Purpose of the role :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers
  • Identify and understand customer needs and objectives
  • Increase spend, upsell, and ensure campaign sustainability
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls

Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business ownership
  • Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Native German speaker
  • High proficiency in English

  • Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year
