Purpose of the role:

You will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, potentially making a significant impact on their business. This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
  2. Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
  3. Increase spend, upsell, and promote sustainability.
  4. Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent; MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposals.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a keen interest in client interaction and business goals.
  • Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Native level of German and high level of English proficiency.

Benefits:

  • Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year in performance bonuses.
