Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a diverse range of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team expanding the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences while actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement creative strategies to enhance client companies and agency relationships by sharing performance suggestions and promoting Google products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on advertising investments through a consultative approach.
  3. Consistently meet sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Engage proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

  1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. C2 level proficiency in German.
  3. Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  5. 0-1 years of sales experience.
  6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  7. Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
  8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising with a desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross per year, with up to €3,500 gross per year in bonuses (possibility to overachieve).

Work model: Hybrid in Barcelona.

Referral Program: Refer a friend and receive a referral fee (up to €2,000 depending on language/project).
