Cross Border Talents is seeking German-speaking customer care professionals for an on-site and remote role in Greece with relocation support. You will respond to consumer inquiries, log data, and resolve issues within SLAs while maintaining high-quality service.

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries via free phone lines.
• Maintain accurate data input of inquiries and feedback in the CRM/database.
• Ensure complaints are logged and resolved within SLAs and escalation policy.
• Address calls/emails and provide recommendations for common problems.

At the moment we are looking for German speakers to fill several vacancies. The conditions are according to the following requirements:

• Knowledge of fluent German & English (B1/B2);
• Writing Speed: 25 words per minute.
• Starting dates: March & April
• Travel Expenses: Paid by our client;
• Accommodation: Our client offer the first 14 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations;
• Initial Contract: 6/12 months (renewable)
• Health Coverage by the Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private health care for all employees
• Working hours in shifts, 8 hours per day/5days = 40 Hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
• To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
• To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy.
• To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
• To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
• To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
