Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)

Role: German Content Moderator

Salary Range: €24,000 gross per year (depending on experience)

Schedule: 38.5 hours per week

Working Hours: Fixed shifts – Morning (08:00–16:00) or Afternoon (16:00–00:00)

Work Days: Monday to Sunday (2 consecutive days off per week)

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join a dynamic and inclusive team in Barcelona as Content Moderators.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and assess user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies and guidelines
2. Monitor for harmful, inappropriate, or non-compliant material
3. Take appropriate moderation actions to support a safe user environment
4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and content standards

Candidate Requirements:

1. C1 / C2 -level proficiency in German, with advanced English
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive material
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus
5. High school diploma or equivalent education required
