German and/or English Language Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with proficiency in German and/or English.
Responsibilities:
- Actively recruiting caregivers for the elderly, seeking passionate individuals to bring warmth and care into patients' lives.
- Interviewing and assessing the skills of potential candidates to ensure high standards of care.
- Checking candidates' experience during recruitment interviews to maintain quality standards.
- Preparing documentation; accuracy is important, though accounting skills are not required.
- Entering and updating data in our CRM system; training will be provided during team integration, with ongoing support from team members.
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of German and/or English; communication skills are essential for building relationships within our international team.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or call centers; excellent communication and an open mind are advantageous.
- Communicative and empathetic personality; you will represent our company's image in relations with potential caregivers.
- High personal culture; we aim to create a professional and friendly work environment.
- Basic skills in MS Office; technology supports our work.
