We are hiring for the position of:

Geotechnical Engineer

Deksripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Membuat system pemantauan maupun kajian Geoteknik agar tidak terjadi accident.
2. Membuat Assessment Geotek Project yang dapat digunakan oleh mine plan maupun operasional dalam pekerjaan penambangan.
3. Optimalisasi Implementasi geotek terhadap penambangan agar aman dan merencanakan pengambilan data geoteknik yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan perencanaan dan operasional penambangan pada project atau area tertentu, baik untuk project aktif maupun pengembangan project baru.
4. Penyediaan / meng-akusisi data geoteknik untuk digunakan dalam analisa geoteknik.
5. Melakukan kajian geoteknik, mempersiapkan dan menyediakan rekomendasi geoteknik.
6. Melaksanakan pemantauan dan pengawasan kegiatan operasional yang berkaitan dengan aspek geoteknik project.
7. Menyediakan progress report secara periodik berbasis harian, mingguan atau bulanan, dan melaporkannya ke Head PPNC maupun Ke HO.
8. Membantu PPNC Head dalam melakukan analisa kebutuhan staf dan mengusulkan perencanaan organisasi di sub section-nya.
9. Mengusulkan anggaran tahunan di sub section-nya (jika diperlukan), khususnya terkait pengembangan divisinya.
10. Melakukan Inovasi dan pengembangan yang diperlukan terhadap program kerja dan kegiatan operasional di sub divisinya.
11. Membuatkan SOP pengawasan, pemantauan geoteknik dan implementasinya.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Geologi.
• Usia maksimal 45 tahun.
• Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun posisi yang sama di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan batubara terkemuka di Indonesia.
• Memiliki sertifikat minimal POP.
• Mahir menggunakan Software Slide Geotech, Surpac, Mine Scape.
• Bersedia ditampatkan di seluruh site project CK.
