The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Intelligence Collection Management Specialist to join our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations team. This critical role supports national security missions by developing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive collection strategies across multiple intelligence disciplines.

As a GEOINT Collection Manager, you will manage collection operations, optimize ISR assets, and ensure intelligence requirements are met through strategic planning and real-time collection management. This position requires extensive experience in collection management, completion of formal military training, and the ability to operate effectively in high-stakes intelligence environments.

You Have:

  • Experience in creating and maintaining Collection Management Authority (CMA) documentation and approval processes

  • Experience in coordinating with collection agencies, operational units, and intelligence analysts

  • Experience with intelligence databases, such as WISE or MIDB, and theater-specific systems

  • Experience in managing ISR platform scheduling and asset allocation to maximize collection opportunities

  • Experience in prioritizing collection requirements based on operational timelines and strategic importance

  • Knowledge of analyzing and validating intelligence collection requirements from supported organizations

  • Knowledge of coordinating and managing ISR collection operations across tactical, operational, and strategic levels

  • Ability to monitor real-time collection operations, make dynamic adjustments to optimize effectiveness, assess collection effectiveness, provide recommendations for improvement, and action advanced collection management systems

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a GIS field and 6+ years of experience in GEOINT and ISR Collection Management, Master's degree in a GIS field and 4+ years of experience in GEOINT and ISR Collection Management, or 10+ years of experience in GEOINT and ISR Collection Management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in specialized GOEINT and collection disciplines, such as National, SAR, Airborne, or FMV

  • Experience with technical collection platforms and sensor integration

  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in intelligence

  • Experience with collection management standard operating procedures

  • Experience with automated collection management tools

  • Experience in briefing senior leadership on collection status, gaps, and recommendations

  • Knowledge of emerging collection technologies and platforms

  • Knowledge of specific geographic regions, such as CENTCOM, PACOM, or EUCOM AORs

  • Ability to collaborate with international partners and coalition forces on collection activities

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
