Job Description
  • Support long-term relationships with Oracle’s largest customers through advanced support.
  • Provide support for operational improvements of Oracle environments, leveraging Oracle’s intellectual property and customer experiences.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from Oracle solutions by aiding in decision-making regarding Oracle technologies.
Job Requirements
  • Problem-solving skills with guidance on Oracle policies and procedures.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work individually and in teams.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts; familiarity with Oracle products is a plus.
  • Availability for scheduled out-of-hours work when needed.
