Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is assembling a contingent team for the Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The assignment covers generator-pack engineering, installation supervision, controls integration, startup, testing and commissioning.

You will work across disciplines to coordinate foundations, fuel systems, MV equipment, and commissioning interfaces, while ensuring safety, compliance, and readiness for field turnover.

Qualifikationen

• Directly related generation, fuel, industrial civil/mechanical/electrical, OEM, or superintendent experience appropriate to the LCAT.
• Germany/EU work authorization, trade/OEM qualifications, and safety/environmental competence for onsite roles.
• Ability to perform in an active U.S. military installation under ERP, CQC, SSHO, and host-nation controls.
• Preferred: 1 MW-class generation, military fuel systems, 20 kV, VDE, OEM, federal/OCONUS, or German-language experience.

About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Position Summary

Provides generator-package engineering, installation supervision, controls integration, startup, testing, warranty, training, and defect resolution.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute generator, fuel, civil, mechanical, electrical, switchgear, controls, OEM, logistics, testing, and punch activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

1 MW-class generation, military fuel systems, 20 kV, VDE, OEM, federal/OCONUS, or German-language experience.

Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access

• Each individual still requires lawful Germany work status, installation access and applicable technical credentials.
• OEM/local employment or approved short-term/accredited mobilization. BACO-90 may be used only when the individual and work qualify and approval is received before work.
• Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.
• No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

Field, Travel and Employment Conditions

• Work arrangement: OEM / PHASE-BASED MOBILIZATION; minimum presence: Remote engineering/FAT plus onsite setting, startup, load-bank, SAT, and training.
• Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.
• Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.
• Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
