Zusammenfassung

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC is building a contingent team for the Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The position installs and integrates fuel storage, containment, piping, drainage, and associated mechanical systems at Storck Barracks.

You will plan and execute activities across generator, civil, electrical, and controls disciplines, coordinate prerequisites, and track progress through testing and commissioning to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience with fuel storage, mechanical and electrical installation on large-scale projects.
  • Ability to operate in a U.S. military installation environment with ERP, CQC, SSHO controls.
  • German-language capability and Germany-local credential knowledge; English for Government-facing functions.
  • EU work authorization is required.

REQUIREMENT BASIS WORK-PACKAGE REQUIRED: Required execution capability; normally sourced through an approved Germany/EU subcontractor or OEM rather than represented as a named Government billet.

About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Position Summary

Installs fuel storage/offload/distribution, containment, piping, supports, generator mechanical auxiliaries, drainage, safety systems, testing, and restoration.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and execute generator, fuel, civil, mechanical, electrical, switchgear, controls, OEM, logistics, testing, and punch activities.
  • Verify design, permit/AHJ, material, access, AHA, inspection, and work-front prerequisites before installation or testing.
  • Coordinate foundations, setting, fuel storage/distribution, containment, ventilation/exhaust, MV equipment, controls, fire/environmental, and commissioning interfaces.
  • Track production, OEM readiness, tests, deficiencies, redlines, and turnover by system.
  • Protect mission operations and deliver safe, leak-free, commissioning-ready generation and fuel systems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Directly related generation, fuel, industrial civil/mechanical/electrical, OEM, or superintendent experience appropriate to the LCAT.
  • Required Germany/EU work authorization, trade/OEM qualifications, and safety/environmental competence for onsite roles.
  • Ability to perform in an active U.S. military installation under ERP, CQC, SSHO, and host-nation controls.
  • German-language capability and Germany-local credential/practice knowledge appropriate to the duties; English required for Government-facing functions.
Preferred Qualifications

1 MW-class generation, military fuel systems, 20 kV, VDE, OEM, federal/OCONUS, or German-language experience.

Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access
  • Candidate must possess unrestricted EU/EEA/Swiss labor-market access or other valid German work authorization before starting.
  • Germany-local/EU-authorized employment or compliant local subcontracting; validate payroll, wage, time, insurance, trade, and posting obligations.
  • Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.
  • No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.
Field, Travel and Employment Conditions
  • Work arrangement: FULL-TIME ONSITE - remote work is incidental; minimum presence: Onsite only.
  • Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.
  • Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.
  • Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
