Overview

The United States Army Medical Materiel Center-Europe’s (USAMMCE) mission is to provide the best medical logistics support to the U.S. European Command. USAMMCE also supports the Department of State Humanitarian Assistance Program, U.S. Central Command in Southwest Asia, and AFRICOM.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical duties including working with computers, bookkeeping, inventory management, and record keeping.
  • Handle material including receiving, unpacking, preparing, packing, moving, and transporting medical equipment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing medical device shipments, maintain records, and prepare forms.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding repairs and status updates.
  • Maintain office files and logbooks, and attend relevant training and meetings.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in a supply capacity, preferably with the U.S. military or in a clerical/administrative role.
  • Knowledge of English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 35 lbs.
