This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team of finance professionals and contribute to our growth. The role supports the Head of Consolidation and Reporting, focusing on the financial operations of our Dutch business, Werkspot. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, flexible, and a team player, capable of adapting to a dynamic environment. Based in Amsterdam, effective communication across departments and with teams in France, Germany, the UK, and Canada is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the accounting for Werkspot, including journal entries (accruals, prepayments) in Oracle and NetSuite
• Perform month-end closing and reporting, including variance analysis of the balance sheet and P&L
• Control the intercompany recharge process
• Serve as the point of contact for accounting or transactional queries
• Reconcile GL accounts
• Participate in process improvements, automation projects, and ad hoc finance and accounting initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of GL experience
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced tech environment
