• Position: General Director / Rector
• Location: Berlin, Germany (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Urgent Hire)
• Salary: €45,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Academic Leadership: Direct and oversee all executive operations, academic development, quality assurance and long-term institutional strategy.
• Faculty & Staff Management: Recruit, evaluate and mentor international faculty and key administrative teams while promoting operational and teaching excellence.
• Curriculum & Institutional Innovation: Align academic programs with global business trends, accreditation criteria and innovative educational methodologies.
• Student Success & Engagement: Oversee institutional policies, academic advising frameworks, student retention and overall learning experience.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with global partner institutions, regulatory bodies and industry leaders to expand institutional reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: PhD (or DBA) / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in higher education executive administration (e.g. General Director, Dean, Rector or Vice-Chancellor).
• Track Record: Proven success in institutional administration, curriculum design, accreditation standards and strategic management.
• Languages: High fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Competencies: Exceptional executive communication, leadership and intercultural negotiation skills.
