Sysmex R&D Center Europe GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, is seeking a highly motivated individual with a diverse background in administration. This position reports to the President.

Your responsibilities
  1. Execute daily administrative operations
  2. Interface with support functions at EMEA affiliates
  3. Oversee administrative activities, onboarding processes, and internal communication systems
  4. Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective
  5. Organize and coordinate company and CSR events, and plan various trainings
  6. Identify and improve administrative policies and procedures
  7. Communicate with Sysmex affiliates to align policies in the EMEA region
  8. Support expats with onboarding, offboarding, and daily queries
  9. Report directly to the president on administrative matters
Your profile
  1. Several years of experience in an administrative manager role in an international environment
  2. Strong hands-on mentality and high initiative
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Outstanding communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  5. Japanese language skills would be a plus
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
  7. High level of discretion, reliability, and resilience
