Your Tasks

AI Strategy and Governance:

1. Design and implementation of AI-specific project management standards
2. Alignment of AI projects with strategic business objectives
3. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure best practices in AI development
4. Compliance with ethical and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
5. Regular reviews to track performance, milestones, and outcomes

Project Planning and Execution:

1. Support in defining scope, schedule, and resources
2. Coordination with data science, engineering, and product teams
3. Organization of kick-off and status meetings
4. Setup of stakeholder communication frameworks

Resource Management:

1. Efficient resource allocation and conflict resolution
2. Coordination with internal teams and external AI partners

Risk and Issue Management:

1. Development of a robust risk management framework
2. Identification and mitigation of technical and regulatory risks
3. Escalation of critical issues to senior management

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Tracking of progress and outcomes using AI-specific KPIs
2. Definition of success metrics and ROI for AI initiatives
3. Regular stakeholder and leadership reporting

Continuous Improvement:

1. Monitoring of AI trends and incorporation of innovations
2. Post-project reviews and lessons learned
3. Ongoing optimization of AI project processes and methods

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
2. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred)
3. Experience in managing AI/data science projects (e.g., ML, NLP, CV)
4. Solid understanding of project and AI methodologies
5. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects
6. Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
7. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
8. Comfortable with agile, evolving project environments
9. Experience in retail digitalization and innovation (plus)
10. Strategic thinker (m/f/d) with a detail-oriented approach
11. Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
