We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager East (m/f/d) to support our team, starting as soon as possible, in locations including Wolfsburg, Magdeburg, Halle (Saale), and Berlin.

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets within the responsible area (Wolfsburg, Magdeburg, Halle, Berlin, etc.)
  • Monitor market trends, analyze markets, and plan sales and revenue strategies
  • Acquire new customers in the sales territory
  • Secure and expand existing customer business with a focus on revenue
  • Manage pricing for existing customers
  • Implement sales action plans
  • Coordinate tasks between departments
  • Possess a completed degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or vocational training with additional qualifications
  • Have several years of proven successful sales experience
  • Possess broad technical understanding, especially regarding technical gases
  • Be a confident communicator and assertive personality
  • Work independently, accurately, and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrate strong closing skills
  • Be willing to travel extensively
  • Have good English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and CRM knowledge are desirable
  • Hold a valid car driving license
