In cooperation with Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH Gasfin is responsible for the construction commissioning and operations of the LNG terminals at the North Sea cost. The so-called Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) are of crucial importance for Germanys security of supply with natural gas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring daily gas dispatching activities from FSRU to the grid
• Tracking gas nominations and ensuring alignment with delivery schedules
• Monitoring gas flows pressure levels and inventory balances in coordination with technical teams
• Communicating with terminal users ship operators and grid operators to ensure smooth logistics and accurate scheduling
• Maintaining dispatch records logs and operational reports
• Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliation activities
• Participating in process improvements and digitalization of dispatching workflows
• Supporting the planning of ship-to-ship transfers in close coordination with the logistics and operations teams

Requirements

We are looking for a reliable team-oriented candidate with a structured working style and technical interest :

• Completed vocational training or technical education in logistics energy systems industrial operations or a comparable field
• Practical experience in gas energy utilities or industrial dispatching / logistics
• Familiarity with dispatching procedures control room environments or terminal operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools (Excel dispatching software monitoring systems)
• Good command of English (German is an asset)
• Willingness to work in shifts on weekends or in rotating schedules
• High sense of responsibility accuracy and reliability
• Big plus if you have experience and knowledge in REMIT
• Nice to have : Experience or knowledge in gas accounting or related energy sector processes
