YOUR TASKS:
  1. Plan and organize work tasks in the respective area.
  2. Lead and supervise the Commis de Partie.
  3. Ensure proper storage and handling of all raw materials and foodstuffs.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Requirements

What we expect from you:

  1. A completed apprenticeship in the catering trade.
  2. Expertise in the upscale hospitality industry.
  3. At least 2 years of professional experience in a Chef de Partie position.
  4. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience.
  5. Ability to work independently.
