Position Overview

We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed G33 Mission Command Support Branch (MCSB) Mission Partner (MP) Lead / Project Manager, SME, supporting the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AR - Mission Partner G33 MCSB in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for USAREUR-AF G33 MCSB requirements, ensuring contractual and technical performance.
  • Manage, direct, and oversee the engineering and service delivery of complex intelligence engineering solutions, including support for transition-in.
  • Lead and supervise all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the G33 MCSB services team, including task assignment and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 processes to meet G33 MCSB needs.
  • Apply configuration and operations knowledge of C2 systems such as GCCS-J, GCCS-Army, and JADOCS, along with data quality and management strategies.
  • Manage complex IT and communication projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and performance, supporting the EMITS 2 program.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones, including risk and quality management, in accordance with the Program Management Plan.
  • Coordinate procurement strategies, including export licensing and international logistics.
  • Monitor project performance, budget, and schedule; report progress to the government.
  • Implement and enforce government policies, standards, and methodologies, preparing necessary studies and reports.
  • Supervise a team of 34 to 48 personnel, establishing goals to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
  • Current adjudicated Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI clearance.
  • BA/BS plus 13 years of recent experience.
  • Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification.
  • Extensive experience in military IT project management, especially with C2 platforms like GCCS-J, GCCS-Army, and JADOCS.
  • Knowledge of government procurement, export licensing, and international logistics.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • TESA eligible, PMI-PMP certification, adaptable, and familiar with DoD standards and security requirements.
