• The G&A Financial Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and visibility of the General & Administrative (G&A) financials.
• This position supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities-including month-end close, account reconciliations, and budget management-to provide insights and transparency across all G&A cost centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger for G&A cost centers and ensure timely visibility of financial performance.
• Support budgeting processes and provide variance analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with department leaders to deliver monthly cost review presentations and ad hoc reporting to enhance financial decision-making.
• Assist in ongoing financial analysis projects and process improvements.
• Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment in accordance with company policies.

Skills and Certifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
