- Prepare quarterly investor reports, capital account statements and ad hoc reporting across Moonfare’s fund vehicles, accurate and on time
- Review and validate fund administrator outputs, including NAV calculations, capital call and distribution notices, and underlying fund performance data
- Run quality checks on every report before it goes out to investors
- When Account Management or Finance question a figure, you check it, explain the methodology and work with the fund administrator to resolve any discrepancy in the source data
- Apply private market best practices and Moonfare’s internal valuation policies to the reports you prepare
- Be a day-to-day contact for fund administrators, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations and audit counterparties on reporting deadlines and data questions
