Your mission

Join our dynamic, multi-national Fund Operations team at Manova, where you’ll play a central role in supporting cross-border real estate investment mandates. As a Fund Operations Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for all operational aspects of the fund, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external service providers. You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of company-wide processes and help shape the operational framework of our investment structures.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned funds and mandates.
• Support Portfolio Management and Transaction Management during acquisitions and disposals.
• Coordinate with service providers for SPV administration and regulatory compliance.
• Manage entity set-ups, director appointments, and bank account openings.
• Support the annual audit process across fund structures.
• Administer capital events (distributions, capital increases/decreases, shareholder loans, withdrawals).
• Review and coordinate reports, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
• Act as the key liaison between Accounting, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and Transactions and external Providers.
• Implement and enhance operational processes and workflows.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and manage document repositories.

Your profile

You bring a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a strong grasp of fund operations. With a background in fund or real estate management, you're comfortable navigating complex structures, working in multi-currency environments, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Degree-educated in business administration, economics, finance, law, or real estate.
• Experienced in fund management/operations, ideally within real estate.
• Technically proficient, especially in MS Office and quick to adapt to IT systems.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain resilient under pressure.
