Team / division overview:

DWS Real Estate has been investing in real estate assets for over 50 years, with around 400 employees across 25 locations and €69.1 billion in assets under management as of June 2021. We offer diverse strategies including core, value-added, securities, debt, and opportunistic real estate, aiming for long-term risk-adjusted returns, capital preservation, and diversification for our global investors.

Your responsibilities:

• Support operational aspects of the Illiquid Asset Operations team, working closely with senior specialists and managers.
• Review quarterly reporting packages and oversee annual audits.
• Review tax returns and filings across jurisdictions.
• Manage governance for Fund, Holdco, and SPV entities.
• Prepare quarterly board packs and liaise with transaction teams for onboarding investments.
• Manage cash flows, capital calls, distributions, and payment processes.
• Calculate management fees, assist with hedging, and support regulatory reporting (FATCA, CRS).
• Address stakeholder queries efficiently.

We are looking for:

• Experience in Pan-European real estate or Luxembourg fund finance and operations, with multi-jurisdictional exposure.
• Knowledge of NAV calculations, reporting topics, and fund structuring.
• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred), educated to degree level.
• Independent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
