Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, z.B. Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich funktionale Sicherheit von Vorteil.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von funktionalen Sicherheitsanalysen für Systeme.
• Koordination aller Beteiligten und Beratung über Analysemethoden.
• Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen.

Rheinmetall / Functional Safety Engineer / FMEA Specialist (m/f/d)

• Preparation of functional safety analyses for electrical/electronic/programmable electronic systems (e.g. FME(D)A, HARA)
• Coordination and moderation of all experts involved
• Contact person for internal specialist departments and external customers with regard to functional safety in accordance with IEC 61508 and ISO 26262
• Advice and selection of suitable analysis methods
• Carrying out the necessary analyses
• Assistance with test specifications
• Ongoing reporting and optimization of existing processes
• Planning and conducting internal and external training courses for employees and customers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed engineering studies, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• First professional experience in the field of functional safety
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a team and a confident manner
