Within Finance NCE, Service BPM (Business Performance Management) is the team that acts as a finance partner to the Service NCE Organization. Responsible for more than 20b€ backlog and 500m€ EBIT, it is the core of the financial stability of Vestas Worldwide. Our Mid-term Priorities: Ensure Robustness E2E in the Finance Process, drive business performance, put customer in the center and maximize operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the VP of Service Sales and their team, by bringing expertise, financial transparency and challenge performance
• Lead a diverse team of two experienced and capable business partners
• Drive transparency and performance on Sales KPIs, both contractual and transactional
• Ensure month-end and control activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
• Take the lead in building short-, mid- and long-term forecasts for Sales performance KPIs
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to drive the business across the region

Qualifications

• You should have a relevant educational background combined with 10 years of experience in finance, including a few years in finance business partnering, finance management/advisory, or a similar role
• A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience working in/for a large international company; experience in a service operations or procurement organization is beneficial
• Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) required, and SAP, SAP BI, SAP BPC experience is beneficial
• It is required that you are fluent in spoken and written English
