Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, POS oder Warenwirtschaft von Vorteil.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis and draft of business processes for leading retailers in an omnichannel context, particularly POS, mobile touchpoints, and store goods management.
• Advising our customers on the implementation of GK standard software.
• Requirements engineering – preparing requirements for implementation in close coordination with the customer.
• Supporting customers during Go-Live preparation, quality assurance, and key user training.
• Acting as the primary contact for our customers regarding all functional topics.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in retail, POS, or merchandise management.
• Strong understanding of information technology.
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• French language skills are a plus for supporting our French customers.
