SAP Payroll German Consultant, Fully Remote

Role:

The consultant is responsible for developing the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and translating this vision into directives, standards, and procedures to ensure gradual implementation. They are responsible for the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or improvement projects, especially in complex and large-scale projects. Tasks include requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

The individual is recognized as a technical reference within the company and in the market or among competitors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application.
  2. Collaborate and suggest improvements for services at the customer level and within the euHReka platform, supervising and managing input from team members.
  3. Conduct integrated testing of complex applications.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within existing customers.
  5. Contribute to knowledge reuse.
  6. Apply methodological approaches to problem-solving and project management.
  7. Promote system adaptation to evolving business needs and technology.
  8. Serve as a technical mentor and coach.
  9. Manage the workload pool to optimize service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Technical expertise in SAP HCM, with mandatory Payroll experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Understanding of the application from a technical perspective.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes.
  • Familiarity with various technical platforms.
