Fully remote in EU - Business Specialist Securities Data (Operations)

* 100% Remote (anywhere in EU except Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg)

* EU Nationals only.

* Fluent German and English needed (Italian or French would be a plus)

About the role

You will be responsible for all data sourcing aspects of the global Financial Instruments Master Data Service.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor daily operations in line with agreed SLAs.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, data vendors (notably SIX Financial, Bloomberg), and internal stakeholders on all Asset Hub relevant topics.
3. Support internal business analysts with complex functional research or client requirements.
4. Contribute to the expansion of our Asset Hub services based on your qualifications and capabilities.
5. Collaborate with colleagues from various departments and regions to provide excellent support for our Master Data services.

Requirements:

1. Proven banking background focusing on Back Office administration.
2. At least 3 years of service experience as a business specialist in financial instruments data feeds, particularly in data delivery (e.g., Asset Hub of a bank).
3. Extensive experience with the Enterprise Data Management system "DataSource" (also known as T-ProDB).
4. Deep knowledge of managing financial data feeds, especially from SIX Financial Information; experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
5. Experience with the Avaloq system is preferred.
6. Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of handling critical tasks with limited supervision.
7. Strong analytical thinking and client-focused approach.
8. Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian or French is advantageous.
