Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Education : Master’s degree in Engineering / Business or MBA preferred.
- Experience :
- 10+ years in consumer electronics / small appliances , with 5+ years overseeing end-to-end business operations (R&D to sales).
- Proven expertise in the automatic coffee machine segment (e.g., extraction systems, thermal management, UX design).
- Track record of launching products from 0→1 and scaling businesses to >
100M annual revenue .
- Mastery in product lifecycle and portfolio strategy.
- Demonstrated success in supply chain negotiations and manufacturing cost optimization.
