What you’ll be doing
- Improving and developing our web-based clients, including native apps, and our RESTful web services.
- Working in a cross-functional scrum team to produce high-quality, tested code.
- Participating in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback, and continuously learning and sharing knowledge.
- Taking ownership of your work and being open to feedback.
- Owning topics you care about, from features to code quality and the work environment.
- Working iteratively, pushing code frequently, maintaining a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating processes where possible.
What you need to be successful
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the work you do and making a difference.
- Experience with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker, REST, and Microservices, and a passion for Test Driven Development.
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
- Valuing quality, clean code, and continuous learning.
- A self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
