It is responsible for selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructure, platforms, and business applications. To deliver IT solutions that effectively support business processes, Schwarz IT collaborates closely with departments to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Your Tasks

We develop purchasing software for Schwarz Group companies, leveraging new technologies and platforms. In this role, you will undertake responsible, cross-project tasks with many opportunities for growth. Our teams are agile, diverse, motivated, and passionate about our products. We foster an open-door, first-name culture, welcoming your ideas. Personal contact and exchange at our Heilbronn location are central to our collaboration. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including up to five days of remote work per week, and organize team meetings at least once a month.

• Consult, plan, develop, test, and support our purchasing software products
• Develop and document solution architectures and concepts
• Manage internal and external developers and coordinate processes
• Ensure the continuous deployment of new software releases with your team
• Participate in knowledge transfer and preparation activities

Your Profile

• Extensive practical experience in Go (optionally Kotlin), Vue, databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL), Git, and interface technologies (REST API)
• Strong understanding of service, container, and cloud architectures and technologies
• Good English skills for meetings and technical discussions; German skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to mentor others
• Innovative ideas and the ability to inspire others
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
