We are looking for a Berlin based Fullstack Developer (m/f) who loves data and to transform it into valuable information.

The HRS Innovation Hub delivers integrated solutions to the three business areas of the HRS Group: Business Travel Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, and Hotel Solutions. Our international team is cross-functional and comprised of experts in the fields of Agile Product Management, Software Engineering, UX/UI Design, and IT Operations. All products created by the Innovation Hub are hosted in the Amazon Web Services cloud and make use of state-of-the-art technologies such as Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

The challenge you are up for

1. Test the software you write to ensure we deliver the highest quality product.
2. Work on software and system optimizations, helping to identify and remove potential performance bottlenecks.
3. Focus on innovating new and better ways to create solutions that add value and amaze the end user, with a penchant for simple elegant design in every aspect from data structures to code to UI and systems architecture.
4. Work with Agile development methodologies.
5. Use best software engineering practices to write, document, and maintain code.

The commitment you bring

1. Expert programmer in Java and/or JavaScript.
2. Solid knowledge of Responsive Design, ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML5, and CSS.
3. Good knowledge in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
4. Several years of experience building high performance and large scale real-time systems.
5. Strategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level.
