About the role

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop user-facing features end-to-end, maintain high code quality, and help our small team scale globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and ship product features from planning to deployment, ensuring high quality.
2. Maintain code quality through readability, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
3. Share knowledge via pairing, documentation, and code reviews.
4. Continuously improve skills and take on new responsibilities to create meaningful impact.
5. Proactively integrate AI tools into workflows, such as using LLMs for coding, debugging, or creating internal AI tools.

As a small team with a big mission, efficiency and leverage are vital. You will ship features and utilize tools, automation, and AI to maximize our product impact.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for using skills to drive positive social change.
2. At least three (3) years of coding experience; system architecture experience is a plus.
3. Proven track record in developing production-grade software within a team.
4. Full-stack experience is advantageous.
5. Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
6. Interest in applying AI tools creatively to improve work efficiency.
7. Excellent collaboration skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
