Full Stack Software Engineer (f/m/d)

We are seeking a full stack software engineer to join our inhouse agency team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire tech stack, ensuring seamless operation of websites, landing pages, and tools.
2. Develop and maintain backend code (Node > Python) for tracking and other functionalities.
3. Develop and maintain frontend applications (HTML, CSS, JS), focusing on user experience and performance.
4. Ensure system uptime and proactively resolve issues.
5. Manage and optimise hosting solutions.
6. Implement and oversee marketing tracking tools, ensuring GDPR compliance.
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing to support lead generation efforts.
8. Handle technical challenges, such as API integrations and complex problem-solving.

What you bring:

1. Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
2. At least 5+ years of experience with Node and Python.
3. Proven front-end development skills, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
4. Experience with hosting solutions, especially German server providers.
5. Familiarity with marketing tracking tools and GDPR compliance.
6. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.
