Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Stack Software Developer (m/w/d) to join Rolls-Royce Deutschland in Dahlewitz near Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate full-stack web applications that support internal manufacturing activities
• Ensure data availability, integrity and accessibility to enable and conduct further processing for data analysis
• Introduce and support off-the-shelf digital technologies, such as a manufacturing execution system (MES)
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and deliver digitalization projects for our assembly line
• Align local initiatives with the global Rolls-Royce digitalization strategy

Qualification and Experience

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven proficiency in (web) application development using the following technologies: Python (Flask), React, TypeScript, SQL, Git
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and common software solutions (e.g., MES, Teamcenter, SAP) preferred
• Fluency in English and basic knowledge of German required
