Nairon GmbH is seeking a Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer to build our web and mobile product, from the browser to the phone and into the backend.

You will work with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Expo/React Native or Swift, owning features end‑to‑end while collaborating with a distributed team. We offer flexible remote work, a company laptop and phone, and opportunities to grow into AI‑related work over time.

Formación

• Experience in web or mobile development.
• Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile apps with Expo/React Native, Swift or a comparable stack.
• English proficiency is essential.
• German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain the web app with Next.js/React/TypeScript.
• Build native companion app with Expo/React Native or Swift.
• Work across the stack from UI to database with Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Own features end to end: turning customer needs into requirements, shipping them and checking that they help.
• Apply DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning.

Nairon GmbH is a Swiss startup building AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls for businesses. Our platform runs real-time conversations over the phone and on the web, connected to our customers' telephony and business tools. Tasks

As a Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will build our product on the web and on the phone in the customer's hand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing and maintaining our web application with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript: the flow editor, call analytics, billing and partner tools.
• Building our native companion app with Expo / React Native or Swift.
• Building features across the stack, from the user interface to the database with Prisma and PostgreSQL, and the Python services behind them.
• Owning features end to end: turning customer needs into requirements, shipping them and checking that they help.
• Applying DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes.
• Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning.

Requirements

Experience:

Any relevant experience in web or mobile development is welcome; we are open to junior, mid-level and senior candidates who demonstrate strong practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Technical Skills:

Required:

• Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile apps with Expo / React Native, Swift or a comparable stack.

Nice to have:

• Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• Python and FastAPI for backend services.
• Docker and Kubernetes basics; experience with real-time features, audio or AI products.

Communication:

• English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions.
• German is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Product sense: you ask why before you build.
• Willingness to take ownership of features and contribute to team discussions.
