VoiceLine Gmbh in Munich is seeking a Full Stack Lead to own both people and product surface of the team. You will be a player-coach, coding alongside engineers while building a team that ships predictably and improves continuously.

You will shape architecture, review critical work, and drive AI-powered features from prototype to production, ensuring verifiable outputs and strong collaboration with Product, Design, AI, Data and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience on production products.
• 2+ years leading engineers as team lead or engineering manager, including hiring and developing people.
• Heavy JavaScript exposure throughout your career.
• Track record of shipping AI/LLM features in a product context.
• Daily, opinionated use of AI coding agents.
• Strong system design skills: APIs, data modelling, cloud infrastructure (AWS a plus), and observability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and grow the Full Stack team through 1:1s, feedback and career development, and hire alongside the CTO.
• Stay hands-on: design and build features across backend and frontend, and review the work that matters most.
• Own the technical direction of your team's domain, including architecture, code quality, testing, and the trade-off between speed and long-term health.
• Turn roadmap commitments into realistic plans, track them honestly, and re-forecast early when something slips.
• Take AI-powered features from prototype to production, and make sure their output is verifiable and measurable.
• Shape how your team works with coding agents: shared context, conventions, and documentation treated as a contract.
• Make onboarding fast, so new engineers ship real work within their first weeks.
• Be the bridge to Product, Design, AI, Data and Customer Delivery, and spend time in the field with customers so the team builds from first-hand experience.

The Role

You'll lead VoiceLine's Full Stack team, the engineers who build the product our customers' field reps use every day, across the web app, the backend and the AI features in between. You set the technical bar, grow the team, and make sure what we commit to is what we ship.

Your Mission

Your Profile

• 6+ years of software engineering on production products, full‑stack with depth in backend
• 2+ years leading engineers as team lead, tech lead or engineering manager, including hiring and developing people
• Heavy JavaScript exposure throughout your career
• A track record of shipping AI/LLM features in a product context, and a clear view on how to evaluate them
• Daily, opinionated use of AI coding agents
• Strong system design skills: APIs, data modelling, cloud infrastructure (AWS a plus), and observability
• Comfort with frontend work and genuine care for UI/UX
• Clear communication with engineers and non‑engineers, both in writing and in person
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Experience in B2B SaaS, a scaling startup, or CRM/ERP integrations is a plus
