We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to join our team full-time and in person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a substantial impact in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. You are expected to thrive in a demanding and fast-moving environment. We are hiring for an on-site role in our HQ in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to conceptualize and implement new features.
• Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks.

Skills

• Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, Next.js, and server-side development using Node.js.
• Proficient in working with diverse database technologies, with a preference for candidates with excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner (e.g. using Kubernetes).
• Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Plus: Prior experience in working with language models.
• Plus: Fluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers.
