What We Do

Merantix Momentum is a Berlin-based AI startup focusing on accelerating AI adoption across many industries through B2B solutions and publicly funded research projects. We operate in domains including automotive, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more, transforming businesses as an external machine learning department. Our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning, combined with a culture of rapid iteration, enables us to build scalable solutions.

Your Role

An AI is invaluable without a user interface! Your role will involve serving our AI solutions to users and other systems.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Solve complex industry problems by planning and developing production-grade AI-augmented information systems.
2. Develop platforms for data integration, curation, exploration, and monitoring at scale.
3. Collaborate with ML, data, and infrastructure engineers to build production-ready AI solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:

• BSc in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ReactJS.
• Experience in user-centered frontend (web) and API (e.g., REST, GraphQL) development.
• Experience in developing scalable Python backends.
• Proficiency with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., BigTable, MongoDB).
• Fluency in English.
• German proficiency at a minimum B1 level is a plus.
