Senior Full-Stack Developer | Munich | Up to €100k + VSOP | Hybrid

AI meets manufacturing.

A fast-growing Munich AI company is developing technology for the manufacturing and industrial sector, helping frontline teams access the information they need to work faster and more effectively.

They’re growing the engineering team and looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers who want to work on real-world AI products, ship quickly and have genuine ownership over what they build.

You’ll work on AI-powered software for industrial environments, across areas including maintenance, troubleshooting, training and field service.

You’ll take defined product requirements and turn them into production-ready features, with plenty of autonomy over how you solve the problem.

You don't need to be a perfect 50/50 full-stack engineer. Your strongest area can be either:

• Frontend: React
• AI + manufacturing — work on technology solving real problems in industrial environments
• Real-world impact — the product is already being used by major industrial businesses
• High autonomy — take features from defined requirements through to production
• AI-first engineering — Claude Code and Codex are actively encouraged to increase development speed without compromising quality
• Strong React experience on the frontend
• Strong Python experience on the backend
• Commercial experience with TypeScript and/or Django
• 3+ years of genuine full-time commercial engineering experience
• A track record of shipping production features and owning work end-to-end

You don't need experience across every technology listed. Strong engineering fundamentals matter more than ticking every box, and they’re open to engineers who are particularly strong on either the frontend or backend.

Munich strongly preferred | 4 days in office / 1 day WFH
