Tech-Stil is seeking 1-2 Senior Full Stack Engineers to join its European Cyber Security SaaS unit in Munich. You’ll work on security technology used by major organisations, focusing on performance, reliability and input validation as core product concerns.

We value hands-on AI coding agents and day‑to‑day use of AI tools to build, test, refactor and review production software, with ownership of what you ship and an emphasis on strong engineering fundamentals.

Senior Full Stack Engineer | AI Development

Has AI fundamentally changed the way you build software - not just made you a little faster?

Tech-Stil is looking for 1-2 Senior Full Stack Engineers to join an established European Cyber Security SaaS company in Munich.

You’ll be building security technology used by major organisations across financial services, enterprise and the public sector, where performance, reliability, secure engineering and input validation are part of the product, not an afterthought.

We know the business well too.

Engineers we’ve previously placed into the team are still there and progressing more than 5+ years later.

The most important part of this search is AI.

We’re looking for engineers already seriously hands‑on with AI coding agents and development tools, using them day‑to‑day to build, test debug, refactor & review production software, while understanding their limitations and owning what they ship.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years commercial software engineering


• 5+ years genuinely Full Stack, across both frontend + backend


• Strong, everyday use of AI coding agents/tools


• Experience owning complex features end‑to‑end, from backend services and APIs through to frontend


• Strong systems thinking across architecture, performance, reliability and security


• SaaS, product, start‑up or scale‑up environment experience beneficial.

The specific language or framework matters much less than your ability as an engineer.

React / TypeScript is relevant, alongside backend experience in Go, Python, Rust, PHP, Node.js or similar.

You don’t need experience with everything above, or previous Cyber Security experience.

We’re interested in genuine Full Stack depth, strong engineering fundamentals and how you’re using AI than a perfect framework match.
