• Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with two cloud providers and IaC; cloud-native architectures.
• AI-assisted engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
• Security-first mindset with OAuth and OIDC; secure development practices.
• Strong testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent time management and autonomous work style.

• Hands-on experience with technologies including:
• React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js

• SQL and NoSQL databases
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, CircleCI, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to design complex and secure REST and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on scalability and maintainability, including advanced features such as rate limiting, caching, and API gateways.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, including microservices and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency across two cloud providers, with the ability to build complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines from scratch, implement zero-downtime deployment strategies, and apply cloud-native architecture concepts for scalability, reliability, and elasticity.
• Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted engineering, including orchestrating specialized agents across parallel workstreams, building reusable agent tooling, and applying sound technical judgment around AI safety and application boundaries.
• Experience architecting AI systems and ensuring engineering quality through robust LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and validation methodologies to deliver reliable, production-grade AI applications.
• A security-first mindset, with experience implementing authentication flows such as OAuth and OIDC, identifying and mitigating security issues, and mentoring others in secure development practices.
• Strong focus on software quality through comprehensive testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Experience leading collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams and fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex and largely autonomous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the relevant local office language(s), with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and levels of seniority.
