Your Role as a Full-Stack Developer with a Focus on Frontend

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining user-facing applications. You define and take responsibility for the frontend architecture and technology stack, ensuring adherence to the latest standards and develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with dedicated backend developers, data engineers or data scientists, taking part in defining interface contracts, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration, and contributing to both frontend and backend codebases where needed. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, applying your technical skills to create innovative, data-driven solutions. Your broad perspective enables you to take business requirements and translate them into robust, maintainable solutions covering both frontend and backend concerns. Additionally, you will be encouraged to continuously develop your expertise and contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.

Who you are

• You have at least two years of professional experience in frontend development with various technologies
• You have a deep understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Vue.js, Vite, Next.JS or similar frameworks)
• You also bring practical experience or a strong willingness to work in backend development, especially with Node.js and related frameworks
• You are confident in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and have worked with relational or NoSQL databases
• Excellent python knowledge
• You are familiar with responsive design principles and ensure a seamless user experience across devices
• You have a good understanding of backend concepts such as authentication, authorization, error handling, and data modeling, and you understand how to build secure, scalable and maintainable server-side solutionsYou are passionate about creating high-quality code and maintaining a clean, modular architecture
• You are proficient in version control systems (especially Git), and are comfortable working with pull requests, code reviews, and branching workflows in a collaborative team environment
• You are a problem solver who enjoys working on challenging technical tasks and delivering solutions with precision
• You are a strong communicator and work well in collaborative, agile teams,actively collaborating with both frontend and backend colleagues to create smooth integrations
• You are curious and motivated to stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development
• You speak fluent German (at least B2) and English
• You have a high level of results and customer orientation and are willing to travel for projects from time to time
