Tasks

As our second dedicated engineer on the client side you will :

• Own the entire front-end experiencefrom design critique to pixel-perfect implementationand contribute to the Python back-end when needed.
• Craft elegant responsive UIs for customers (B2C gift card flows) and partners (B2B self-serve dashboards embeddable widgets).
• Shape component libraries design tokens and accessibility guidelines in a company with focused product-management and design resources.
• Pair with founders on product discovery run quick experiments and measure impact.
• Review code and mentor future team-mates.

Requirements

What were looking for

• 3 years of professional experience building modern web products with Vue knowledge (or React / Angular expertise with enthusiasm to learn Vue).
• Solid Python skills : comfortable adding endpoints optimizing queries and debugging async workers.
• Strong design sensibilityat ease discussing typography layout grids and motion; proficient with Figma.
• Pragmatic testing approach (unit e2e) and dedication to performance and accessibility.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments e-commerce or loyalty / rewards products.
• Familiarity with experiments / A-B testing frameworks and event analytics.
• Experience with design systems or Storybook and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform Pulumi).
• Working knowledge of SQL RESTful API design GitHub Actions (or similar) and containerized deployments on Kubernetes.
