Full Stack Developer (all genders welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Implement and optimize backend services and APIs running in a Kubernetes-powered Azure environment
• Work within a monorepo architecture to ensure modularity and efficient code management
• Collaborate closely with AI & Data teams to interact with real-time analytics and machine learning models
• Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of applications through best practices in CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in Kubernetes-based deployments

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family, you are team-minded and convince with independent and structured work behavior. Moreover, you should bring:

• Degree in information technology, computer science, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Full Stack development, with proven expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Minimum of 3 years proficiency in Azure Cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, AKS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including managing applications, scaling workloads, and working with operators
• Familiarity with monorepo architectures and tooling (NX, Turborepo, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of backend development and API design (ExpressJS, NestJS is a plus)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps best practices
• A problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for building scalable, resilient systems
