NOCA is a young company from Berlin, revolutionising the way data is structured, managed and shared along global supply chains. With our solution, we aim to make data management more efficient, resilient, and digital, laying the groundwork for circular supply chains of the future.

We are starting in the cycling industry, driven by our passion for cycling, our goal to facilitate sustainable urban mobility, and the market potential we see. We are now looking for an experienced industry professional to join our team and help embed our solution in the market.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced team member for our software development team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Development: Developing sophisticated frontend solutions and user interfaces, supporting our backend team.


• AI: Improving our current NOCA AI and identifying new AI use cases.


• Integration: Integrating new features into our architecture and setting standards for our infrastructure.


• Quality assurance: Ensuring software quality through practices like unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean code principles.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in developing B2B software.


• You possess a solution-oriented and process-oriented mindset.


• You have solid experience with:


• Angular & TypeScript


• .NET & Python


• A strong understanding of SQL and relational databases


• You have a good sense of UI/UX best practices and can contribute to creating clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.


• You are familiar with RESTful API design and development.


• You have experience with Entity Framework Core and ORMs.


• You understand software design principles and patterns.


• You are familiar with version control systems like Git, GitLab, etc.


• You have basic knowledge of Linux systems and are comfortable working in cross-platform environments.


• You work well in small teams (<4 people), ideally with startup experience.


• You can take responsibility for topics and their implementation independently.


• You are proactive in identifying problems and developing solutions.


• You are interested in AI use cases and the manufacturing industry, especially bicycles and micromobility.


• You have experience with supply chain, master data management, or PIM systems.


• You are proficient with common business software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Notion, etc.


• You are communicative and fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular state management libraries (NgRx, NGXS, Akita).


• Familiarity with background job processing tools like Hangfire.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
