STATWORX GmbH, a leading Data & AI consulting and development company, is seeking a web applications developer with strong React/TypeScript frontend skills and solid Python backend experience. You will design dashboards and interfaces, work closely with clients, and contribute to AI-related projects.

The role offers flexible work arrangements and ongoing professional growth. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and a robust UI/UX mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational training in (Business) Informatics, Web Development, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of practical experience developing web applications
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript and solid backend experience with Python
• Strong UI/UX mindset and ability to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
• Independence and reliability with quality-driven work
• Comfort with client interaction and clear communication of technical topics
• German skills at least B1 and excellent English
• Experience with AI-based apps (GenAI, chat solutions) is a plus
• Knowledge of Vue.js or Node.js is a plus
• Basic experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

• As part of our project teams, you develop modern web applications with a clear focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript – from intuitive user flows to high-quality user interfaces
• You developbackend components in Python, e.g., with FastAPI, and build performant APIs and data-processing services
• You design and implementdashboards, reporting tools, and applications that support our machine learning / GenAI processes or visualize their outputs
• You support therequirements definition within our Data & AI projects and derive suitable technical solution concepts
• You collaborate closely with our clients, understand their needs, and translate them into robust software solutions
• You support thepresales process by providing technical assessments, contributing to proposal preparation, and creating solution drafts
• Youaccompany the successful rollout of your applications and ensure they are optimally prepared for productive use
• You actively contribute tointernal knowledge-sharing formats and help build internal expertise in AI and full-stack development
• You support various project management activities where needed, for example by taking over responsibility for sub-projects

Your profile

• You hold a degree or completed vocational training in (Business) Informatics, Web Development, or a comparable field
• More importantly, you bringat least 2 years of practical experience in developing web applications
• You have strong skills inReact and TypeScript as well as solid experience inbackend development with Python
• You have a strongUI/UX mindset and can translate requirements into intuitive user experiences
• You enjoy working independently and stand out through structured, reliable, and quality-driven work
• You feel comfortable engaging with clients regularly and can communicate technical topics clearly
• You bringGerman skills at a minimum of B1 level and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally, you have experience working withAI-based applications, such as chat solutions, GenAI integrations, or supporting model training processes
• It is also desirable that you haveknowledge of Vue.js or Node.js to flexibly complement our technology stack
• Additionally, basic experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage and helps broaden your understanding of modern application architectures
