Full-Stack Developer - Customer Management Portal

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their innovative product team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Software Developers, Product Owners, and Customer Service staff to build and improve Zendesk-based solutions and processes
- Work as part of an engineering team to build products within the company's ecosystem
- Participate in all phases of software development: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement based on user feedback and metrics
- Work closely with customer support agents and product experts to conceive, refine, and deliver new ideas
Experience
- Strong knowledge of web development stacks, including frontend frameworks and TypeScript; willingness to learn JVM-based backend stacks
- Professional experience as a software developer or relevant apprenticeship/degree
- Experience working in agile teams
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Curiosity and quick learning ability
- Motivation to iteratively develop organizational processes
- Problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills and Interests
- Experience with Zendesk as a developer or user
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with microservices architectures and Cloud Service Providers, preferably AWS
